Andrew & Mireille

On 12 April 2022 I underwent open heart surgery and had a triple bypass. When I was told the date, in my mind, I thought it would be my last day. So, I made some necessary plans. Waking up in the intensive care unit was a relief beyond compare, I'd made it through the operation and was, quite literally, alive. On 12 April 2023 I will cycle with Mireille from Den Haag in the Netherlands to Antwerp in Belgium in celebration of life.
